Marina Ibiza and Filin have raised €1,000 for the Ibiza and Formentera Cancer Association (IFCC) thanks to the Charity Brunch held every Sunday during the summer on the central terrace of this venue located in Ibiza’s most exclusive marina. As part of this charitable initiative, Filin has donated one euro per diner for each charity lunch sold at their terrace to IFCC.
Daniel Marí, Manager of Marina Ibiza, expressed his satisfaction at being able to collaborate with this Association, stating that “the fight against cancer is everyone’s responsibility, and Marina Ibiza will always be at the disposal of cancer patients.” Álvaro Fernández, CEO of Grupo Vivir Descalzo, echoed these sentiments, adding that “being able to help those most in need is always beneficial for everyone, and we would love to repeat this charitable initiative next year.”
Elizabeth Gail Fear, President of the Ibiza and Formentera Cancer Association, thanked Marina Ibiza and Filin for launching this initiative, “which not only provides us with financial support, but also raises awareness of our work among residents and tourists, spreading our efforts in prevention and support for cancer patients in the Pitiusas.”
